What happens at the end of the first subscription year?

At the end of the first subscription year, your subscription will be automatically renew for another year.

What about if I want to add users or modules after I subscribe?

How can I pay for my annual subscription?

After selecting your package and completing the online forms with your information, you can pay via credit/debit card at the last step of the order process.

I have a promo code. How can I use it?

At the last step of the order process, before making the payment, you can enter your promo code and apply it to your order. The updated total price will appear on the screen.

What happens after I subscribe online?

You will immediately receive a confirmation order email. Within 48 hours, one of our customer support team will contact you for the onboarding.

During the online order process, I am asked to enter the users' details. Can I finalise the order without this info?

Yes, you can. The users’ fields are not mandatory. You can provide us with your users’ details during the onboarding process.

Going back to the 'Select Package' step will reset all changes.
